Discretionary Returns
All of our products are print-on-demand products, which means that each product is unique and made especially for you once ordered. This helps reduce overproduction and by extension the strain on our planet’s resources and the amount of clothing that ends up in landfills. It also reduces our overhead costs by eliminating the need for warehousing and inventory management, which allows us to make larger donations to our selected charities. So, thank you for making a thoughtful purchasing decision. This also means that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges of any products purchased on our website in cases where you may have ordered the wrong size, color or simply changed your mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
In the case of any products purchased from our website that are damaged or have a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund, if you contact us within 30 days of placing your order. Please get in touch with our team at care@ursaandleo.com and provide a clear photo showing the defect and/or error to request your reprint or refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received your reprint or refund request, and let you know if the reprint or refund was approved or not. If you requested a reprint and it is approved, our standard fulfillment and shipping times will apply to the delivery of your reprint. If you requested a refund and it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@ursaandleo.com.
